Payment Options
Your SMOOTHOX. order can be paid for using the following payment methods:
Credit Card or Bank Transfer (coming soon)– Simply click on Pay by Credit Card or Bank Transfer to make a secure payment via Mastercard and Visa credit card or “account2account” bank transfer. We use Windcave as our secure payment gateway. Account2Account offers an alternative to paying with a credit card online and instead creates a one-off online payment utilising the online banking system. At no time is any of your bank account information stored by us or our the payment processor.
PayPal – Use Paypal to pay securely with your Visa, Mastercard, AMEX or Discover credit card without setting up an account, or you can choose to set up a Paypal account.
Simply select your preferred option during the checkout process.
Shipping within New Zealand
Shipping within New Zealand is one product is $6, 2 x products is $8 and 3 products or more is $10!
Orders are sent via CourierIT and you can expect your order to arrive within 3 – 5 working days.
You’ll get an email notification when your order has been packed and is ready to send, confirming your order and your courier tracking information.
International Shipping
Sorry we are currently unable to shop to countries outside New Zealand at this time.

Friendly Reminder: Please be mindful of the shipping address your parcels are sent to and ensure they are sent to an address where it is safe to leave them. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for orders whereby customers instructions are to leave them in an unsecure location or for parcels going missing after they have been scanned as delivered to the correct address. If the tracking information for your order says it has been delivered but you are unable to locate it please contact CourierIT in the first instance.
Shipping within New Zealand is one product is $6, 2 x products is $8 and 3 products or more is $10! Please allow 2 – 5 working days for your order to be packed and delivered within New Zealand (add an extra two days for rural delivery). It may take a few days for us to pack your order but it will be delivered within the time frame above during normal operations. Urban delivery is generally overnight from when it is dispatched and CourierIT will do their best to get it to you within this time frame but unfortunately we can’t 100% guarantee this. You’ll get an email notification with your courier tracking information, please check your junk mail if you haven’t received it

Returns and Refunds
If you are not happy with your purchase, provided the goods are unopened and unused you may return them for a refund or exchange within 28 days of receiving your order. Please note postage costs will not be refunded for the initial order or costs incurred returning the item to us. If goods sent to you are faulty or were sent to you in error we will reimburse you for any postage costs you incur returning the item/s back to us. Without exception, we will not accept returns on open or used items, unless the item is faulty.
Please contact us in the first instance if you wish to return your order.
If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us – we will our best to rectify the situation.

We value your privacy and your details will never be shared with anybody (of course!). You are free to unsubscribe from our Mailing List at any time.
Giveaways
Unless otherwise stated, our giveaways are open to residents of New Zealand only. Winners will be notified by email where possible and also announced on our Facebook page or Instagram. We will never share your information with any 3rd Party.
